Have you always wondered how people draw clothes on webkinz? Whether you're totally new or have done this before, you'll find something you don't know! You can work at your own pace and finesh them whenever you want!!! Guide 5 added!!!!
Hey! So glad you could drop by. Do you want to learn how to draw outfits on webbies? You've come to the right place! These are absolute beginners guides, for people who have never done this before. I'll take you step by step with pictures all the way so you never get confused.
So, here's how these work. You go through and decide how advanced you are in the guides. You can do this by looking at the pictures and asking yourself if you could do that. Then, read the guide on the thing you want to learn, and do it in paint. Next, post it here and I'll let you know what you should work on. I will also suggest some guides you should look at.
For these guides we will be using Paint. Paint is a software program that can be found on most computers by going to: Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Paint. I will list the tools you will need for lesson one.
1. Pencil tool. Can be used to fill in one pixel at a time. Icon:
2. Brush tool. Can be used to cover a large area in a short amount of time. Icon:
3. Magnifying tool. Can be used to make image larger. Icon:
4. Line tool. Can be used to draw straight lines. Icon:
When your done, post your creation, and I will tell you how you did.

Guide TWO
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This will be what your finished product will look like.
Click the magnifier, then the 8x. This will blow your image up.
Go to its chest. Pick the color you want its shirt to be. Using the pencil tool begin drawing on the animal like so
This is the outline for your shirt.
**Hint – get as close to the outline of the webkinz as you can, and make sure you get all the light parts. It’s OK to leave some gap between the shirt and the chin.
Now, Using different sizes of the brush tool fill it in. I would suggest you use mostly the Square ones with the pencil to fill in spaces that they won’t fit in. Be careful not to go outside your lines to much.
You may notice that I pulled the shirt line down a little. Now on to the pants!
Pick the color you want and outline the webbies belly. Make sure you put it right up against the shirt. Use the brush tool to fill it in.
For the pant leg, draw a line diagonally across the foot (Seen on the right) and fill it in (Seen on the left)
**Hint – The pant legs don’t have to be even, just like most REAL clothes are perfectly even.
Now, click on the Zoom [Magnifying glass] and click on the 1x. Your webkinz should look similar to this. This is a little boring, so let’s add a ladybug on the shirt. Chose the color of the ladybug (any color but the color of the shirt). Click the brush tool and the large circular icon. Center it on the shirt and click. If you need to, zoom closer. It should look like this:
Now, click on the zooming tool and then the 8x. Center the little dot on your screen. You can make it larger by using the pencil tool and clicking all the way around the circle, while keeping the shape. This is rather complicated, but often worth it. Remember, you can always undo it by clicking Edit, Undo. Now, add a line down the center (You’ll have to make it larger twice to do this), add some spots. Fill in the head, and use the line tool to make antennae. (A better guie on making ladybug's is coming soon!!) You’ll come out with this:
It’s still a little bland. So let’s add a bracelet. Just draw it sort of sideways on your webbies front ankle. Now some earrings, and a tail ring (I know some of you can’t do this because your webbies tail doesn’t show) too. The Tail ring is much like a bracelet, and the earrings are five by five pixels.
There! You’ve created your first outfit!
So post what you’ve created and I’ll let you know how you did!
Great job! you don't have to have a V-neck with the webbies fur pattern. Just ignore the pattern, and draw the shirt shape how it should be.
