I know we all have messed up work shifts and we are always tired. Here is a nice guide to make sure you get lots of sleep.
First never eat anything at least 1 hour before you have to go to bed. You can't fall asleep because you stomach is trying to digest the food and your body has a hard time doing both.
Next please never drink pop or anything with caffine because it can make you hyper!
Always try to get 6-10 hours asleep. If you can't try taking a nap in the afternoon. For the hours it really depends on your personal self. Some people are good with 6 hours and some need more then 8 hours.
Make sure you have a comfy place to sleep and try to clear your mind!
