Default ~How-to: avoid the translations glitch when posting!~

How many times have you seen something like this around the forum?:

Well, here's a simple way to avoid these glitches when you're posting.

First, type the message in normally. Once you're finished, if you see that it has been put in a "flagged" box like the one above, click edit.

Then, you will see brackets around your text like the ones you see when you are quoting a post: [words]. They will look like this: [.lang=is] [/lang] (without the dot before the "lang").


Delete these brackets around the text and when you save your post, the "flagged box" will be removed and your post will return to normal.

Thanks Kayfookey, you're completely right! the [lang][/lang] is the BB code for the translator feature. Removing the BB code (in the editing box) will remove the feature.
