Default Yorkie Stuck

I added the Signature Short Haired Yorkie to an Asian account. When I changed to the map, the loader lounger sticks and WW freezes. Anyone else have this experience?

Hmm... that's weird. Maybe try rebooting the system or clearing your cache. Sorry this happened, and congratulations on the new pet!

could be you have a pet stuck- You might have to call Gantz & have a rep help you to unstick it

I tried rebooting, emptying cache, changing from IE to Firefox, switching from my PC to my Mac, moving all the pets into one room. Nothing works. To make matters worse, the Yorkie is probably stuck in my garden, because I can't get another Webkinz in it. Yes; I left two empty places in it.

I am getting tons of "please wait" messages -- on this account and the two others I have.

I tried to call Ganz, and of course, they won't be answering the phones until Monday.

I have the same problem. I added today a red panda and it is stuck in my garden. I have there 5-6 places. I don't know what to do

I'm sorry for you; but it makes me feel better to know that I'm not the only one with this problem. I'm off from work tomorrow; so I'll be calling them bright and early. If you get your panda freed, please tell me how you did it!!! I will do the same.

Again, I'm sorry. It's frustrating to pay for a Signature and not be able to see it -- and to lose the gardening. In the account that the new Yorkie is in, it's the only garden I have. My Webbies are hungry!!!!!!!!

Thanks so much for the thread.
Of course I'll let you know what happens with my panda.
It is still stuck in the garden and can't be seen there, but I went to the clubhouse to see it and dress it. He's really cute.
I hope they will solve our problem soon.
