The rep did not ask for a screen shot but as you know I was prepared ~ just in case.


I rarely *knock on wood* have a reason to Ganz or their contact customer service but I learned with my first call to be prepared.

I must say, that almost every time I have called Ganz, the customer service reps are very nice, polite, and helpful.

The one I spoke to this time was not only all that but really sweet but she even apologized that we had this happen.
The token was a wonderful extra bonus, like a cherry on top of a sundae.
