I went into one of my accounts and went to send something and it said I had to add friends to list first. I had like over 30 names so not sure I have seen it has happened to other people and not sure if it makes a difference or not but this account is on server18
You must have that friend first (the one you want to send it to) if you don't then it won't work. Send a friend request. They must accept then become part of your friend list. Then you can send.
I have it happen, too, since Friday if I remember right, on my European account. I tried to get at least some of my friends back 3 times but every time they were gone the next morning. I don't have a lion on that account. Because I'm in Germany my friend from USA called Ganz for me and they said that they are aware of the problem and they hope to fix it as soon as possible. Too sad we can't kinzpost gifts now
I received a package on my one account (Asian) that I sent from another account. It said "from a member no longer on your friends' list". I haven't noticed it on my other accounts yet. My phone on that account has no names on it.
I have a Asian account and my phone is empty. I added my daughter again to see if it would stay and as soon as I logged out and back it, the phone was empty again. My daughter has a American account and the phone is fine. My Asian account is also a deluxe account, my daughter's is not. I hope this will help in pin pointing the problem so our phones can be fixed.
My European and Asian accounts are affected but not my North American account. I added my kids back on to those phones and then the next day they were empty again. My kids can still send me things that say "From a friend who is no longer on your friends list" but I cannot send anything back to them! This is a big glitch.
My phones are also wiped out on two accounts. We have 3 North American accounts, 1 Euro, & 1 Asian. The Euro and Asian have lost all their contacts. We have deluxe on all five accounts and have not adopted any new pets in about a month. I can add friends back on these two accounts but lose them again within a few hours. It's been a real pain, since the asian account is the families trade account. Hope they get this worked out quick!
