So annoying and the fact is that it shouldn't happen on any browser! You'd think this would be a top priority for fixing... makes decorating rooms impossible without constantly logging back in to clear things up. I usually get booted out of WW when I have more than 3 things "floating" anyway.
Yes, this has been an ongoing problem on my accounts for about a year. Sometimes it appears to improve but then it comes back. Lately, it's been very bad. Happening frequently and, instead of the items just floating upwards on the screen and causing problems with doing things in game, they're also floating to the left and blocking the left scroll button on the dock.
Because of the scope of the problems this creates, how long it's been happening, and that it occurs in Ganz' recommended browser (Firefox), I'd classify this more as a Major problem than a Minor one. There's nothing minor about ongoing problems with one of the core elements in a program.
I am sorry this happens to you on FF. I never have that problem with FF - just with Chrome. If it is happening to you with FF I suggest you call Ganz but also take a screen shot when it happens. Then when you call you can tell tham that you have proof. Be sure to incude the entire screen so that they can see what browser you were using.
I've been experiencing this glitch for at least 6 months. I use Chrome, and I believe this may be the problem. I have recently started using Explorer, and it's perfectly fine. I suggest downloading Explorer 2010 (I believe that is the newest) and trying on there.
For those members who enter in WNTMs, this is quite annoying. Although, if you click the actions tab they will disappear until you go back to your dock. It also is quite annoying when decorating rooms, like many have said.
I think this should be fixed IMMEDIATELY.
