Yes! At first I logged in and everything was fine. I bought some items and was scrolling through to get to them and everything went mad! Ganz seriously needs to fix this!

It can be 1 type of item from 1 to multiples (like strawberries) that will jump out of dock..and sometimes it will be a whole bunch of them making it impossible to decorate, feed, dress, kinzpost, sell, ect. Trust me when I say after 4 plus years of playing. This is not a browser issue, computer issue, or user issue..this is a programming issue!

Thank you for taking the time to put this out there. I believe you are correct that it is a script error issue, which probably was inadvertently done by a programmer working on adding something new - months ago.

It happens on all of our accounts, on all three primary browsers (IE, FF, Chrome), varying from minor floating items, to so many floating that you just have to log out and back in again.

When WI started this glitch reporting thread, I thought it was the best thing. It allowed people to tell Ganz what the problem was, which server was affected, how long the problem had been occurring and if it was happening to more than one user. I think sometimes we are not being clear in our subject title, using things like "What is happening?" instead of "Unable to access Kinzpost" and that, perhaps because of that, Ganz doesn't want to waste time sifting through the many messages.

Then again, many of us have been pretty clear about what the problem is, when it started, which server the problem was on, provided screen shots, etc., and yet, weeks, if not months. later, the problem(s) continue.

Anyway, I hope Ganz takes notice of what you said and maybe puts some resources to work on FIXING instead of ADDING new items. You know, sort of a hiatus from new and a focus on what is already on the site and not working.

I do hope they fix this soon, since Google Chrome is the only browser that doesn't get the random log outs as badly as the others...The floating dock items is a real nuisance, and sometimes severely interrupts room decorating...

Although I do find it amusing that Kaboom can wear noodles!

Try switching to Mozilla Firefox.
When I use Google Chrome, that happens to me.
Also, if you can't switch, even if the items are floating, you can still drag/drop them to use it. They will still be floating everywhere.

2] Check your browser. Google Chrome and some others are having problems.
