I had been having this problem for a while, but now, at least for the last week, my dock seems to be behaving itself mostly-though my objects now stay in the dock, the dock has a large amount of blank spaces in between each category of items-it starts with some blanks, then there are all my food items, then a bunch of blanks, then my clothes, etc...but at least I can access them and they are not screwing up my screen. I hope you all get your issues resolved soon, I know how aggravating it is!
Hello! I recently have experienced the same thing. So far it has happened twice, about a week between incidents. The 2nd time I took screen shots to prove what was happening.
It gets progressively worse when I'm selling produce at the W Shop. It starts with one square in the dock affected with the item floating in the selling area. As I keep selling, I have let it affect 4 squares when I can't take it any longer and will log out and log back in to get rid of the problem. The items floating in the W Shop selling area follow you to all other screens in Webkinz if you don't log out. Also, I have had images of sold items in the W Shop not clear after a transaction as the dock squares are getting crazier. I should also mention if affects ANYTHING you are selling, not just food. The empty squares in your dock -- as you scroll thru your dock to try to sell stuff -- the nutty floating items in the W Shop area also change as you are scrolling.
I'm glad I found this glitch posted because other people I know who play Webkinz have not experienced this.
I totally agree with you. I have over 8000 items in the dock (yes, you read that correctly) in my main account and I am TRYING to sell back to the W-Shop but this is making it near impossible.
It is also affecting accounts where I have few items in the dock, so it's not just that one.
Why hasn't this been fixed already?! I'm sorry but I think this glitch is CRITICAL.
I'm really afraid of selling the wrong items to wshop, I'm having a hard time decorating,
and it's just down right irritating when it occurs in the trade room or when I'm sending via Kinzpost!
This is happening on all our accounts, be it they have 20 items to 1600 in dock, we're using Firefox IE Opera on a high end gaming pc.

These are not solutions. The problem occurs daily in any browser. Docks remain BONKERS.
This happened to me when I used Google Chrome. For some reason it is messing up every time. I switched to Internet Explorer and the problem went away. The bug seems to affect Chrome & Firefox, so switching your browser will get it to stop.
Ok, in the beginning this wasn't so bad, just irritating. I have helped some people with the "plague," but now its getting to me. I was just in the trading room when my WHOLE dock went to the top of the screen. Now it wasn't too bad then, but with all the items jumbled up there, I couldn't find anything! Is this "plague" affecting others too?
