The last communal prize of the 3 lamps - I never got the option to click to claim my prize. I only got a notation that all participants have unlocked a prize. I thought, no biggie, it's in the W Shop anyway.
Now, when I click on communal contests, I get nothing on the screen - which has been happening all week 'cept for one day that stated we one the challenge and that the prize must be collected on Monday. Well, it's Monday and nothing shows up under that link. Just a blank white page. I have cleared my cache and am having no problems elsewhere in Webkinz. I want the 700 coin prize that I rightfully won. Anyone else having a problem with this? Thanks.
Thank you. It finally showed up after a few different logins and tries.
