Critical Too Cool Baggy Pants & Ball cap set purchased from ganz estore GONE from dock and pet

I had purchased the Too cool baggy pants and cap from the estore a few weeks ago for my sock monkey. but on wednesday after the system maintenance he was unclothed in his room. His clothes have not appeared since then. Not in my dock. I keep hoping if I log out it will reappear. Cleared cache. Tried from different computers. Nothing worked Please hope they fix this! Love the outfit on my sock monkey!! very sad.

Are you sure you did not accidentally click on a different outfit name on the pet? I know I have done that a few times. (ex: Casual, Fancy, Sleepwear) It's worth a quick check through all the names.

Hmmmmmm... Try looking in different clothing sections (like what denimbutterfly said) otherwise.. maybe you were hacked? or put them in a dresser?

The clothes can't be kinzposted, so you weren't hacked. But, it could be a glitch that needs to be looked into. A call to Ganz will fix the situation, but I in the meantime you could ask around if anyone else is having a problem with the outfit. I haven't heard anything myself, that is why I would double check everywhere (especially the different sections like I suggested earlier)

I just checked my pet and she is still wearing the Too Cool Baggy Pants & Ball cap set. I am sorry yours are missing.

If you don't want to call (1-866-webkinz), you could use one of the "I have something stuck" forms which you can find off of the main WW page under "Customer Service". They should place the items back in your dock. Good luck!

The only thing is, Estore things can't be traded or sent. Its very weird, have you tried calling Ganz?

Thanks for all the ideas - I did try checking my if outfits but it was not there. I dont put it storage - mainly because I forget what I have so I have hundreds of clothing items in my dock.

I was wondering if others had the same issue - but it seems just me. I have not called yet - but wil call later today. Thanks all for your comments!!
