Major Tawny puppy gift box

I had the same thing happen to me I just called Ganz and I think I only had to give them my user name and they took it off my dock. I had the same problem a little while ago with mystery pixy pod seed showing up. Hope this helps

I was mistaken because they are still there. But I have done something similar before and all I had to give the the WW ids.

I am experiencing this glitch as well. I spun the Wheel of WOW and got an Aminkle Grog. To my surprise, a Tawny Pup Gift Box appeared in my dock I tried to open it and it just said ''Cannot create any rules for create gift''. So sorry to hear that so many people are also experiencing this glitch.

Anyone wishing to have those boxes removed without having to call this is where to go....I had several on serveral different accounts and e-mailed them at this address and they are finally all gone! This also worked for the Ginger Cat boxes from the parent club if anyone still has those.

i have five of these on different accounts. will have to get them removed. apparently the glitch is still ongoing. one account has three when it last had two. LOL

Mine all got fixed by my email except I think one. I don't consider thiis a major glitch because all I missed is food. I myself would classify it as trivial.

Thank you for the info. I will have to email for my account and my grandchildren. I think it would be much easier then calling. We have so many tawny pup and ginger cat boxes between all the accounts. Thanks again everyone!!!

You know when I created this thread I don't think I classified it as MAJOR........hmmmmmm I know it wasn't any big deal, I just wanted ppl to know where the box came from....
