Major Tawny puppy gift box

I just did one of my accounts and when I spun the WOW I won some kind of food stuff, but a Tawny puppy gift box showed up in my dock!! It's right there with the Ginger cat box....and both of them say there are no rules for them???? So now there are 2 gift boxes stuck in my dock that are worthless!

I had the same problem, also with a ginger cat gift box on my side account. It's really weird. O-O

Took such a long time to get rid of that Ginger Cat box. I emailed twice, then finally called a week later for the 4 accounts that "won" them.

Hey darlabell, I found one in my dock too. Thanks for letting me know where it came from. I have been scratching my head trying to figure out how it got there lol. Yep I will be calling Ganz tomorrow to have it removed. I need to call them because I have a couple of other questions but maybe someone here can shed some light on one question for me.

We won the charm tiara a couple of months ago and we still play the game but are given money or other prizes like the pixie seed etc. My question is, once you win the grand prize, the charm tiara, are the charms suppose to clear and you get to start all over or do you just keep playing for the regular prizes? Thanks.

I received the tawny pup gift box as well. Now I have that one and the Ginger cat box to get rid of. Too bad we don't get the prize.
