I have noticed that when I log out and the pets are at 100% and you log back in and they are sick. Doesn't make any sense. They are getting sick and you aren't even on it.

Guess I am just lucky. I have not had a sick pet in over a year. Now my husband's accounts his pet did what everyone's had done. His pet was sick twice today and then he took the bunch of them to the spa to make them better.

The last time this happened, another WI member discovered something which helps a lot. When you first log in, click on another pet and then back to your original pet that was there when you logged in. If you do this within the first 6 minutes, then the HHH points usually go down at a normal level. This has worked for me all evening. Of course, if the pet is already sick when you log in, it won't get better by doing this, but you could prevent it from dropping further at a fast rate. If you try this method and it works, please post. It would save a lot of frustration if it works for everyone. I wish I could remember the name of the person who figured this out in December to give them credit.
I called Ganz today to make sure this had been reported (they were aware of it). I asked the rep to pass along the complaint that Ganz should fix what they have before introducing so much new stuff. She told me that a lot of people have been saying that. Maybe if enough people keep saying it, they will listen.

Serena,
If the pets are still losing happiness today, this seems to be working on my end. Thanks for the post. I logged on and immediately change pets. Then I change back to my original pet. I started playing at 9:03 KT at 100% happiness. It is now 9:31 KT and my happiness is at 98%. If others are still having this issue, this would be something to try. Thanks for the post!! Have a cookie.

UPDATE: The time is now 10:03 KT and my happiness level is 95%. I have done nothing to alter my happiness. This must be working (if pets are still losing happiness as they were previously). Thanks again Serena!!

I am trying this out this morning. My poor pet got sick 5 times yesterday. Getting her happiness up was next to impossible. I finally got it done and hopefully your trick works.
I need to up the happiness and health on a couple others, too. It's harder than normal to do.

I logged into both my daughter's accounts today - both had pets at full health yesterday when I left (after both got sick). Today when I logged in they were both sick again right at login time - this is annoying. Not to mention since when does a doctor give you medicine for a cold ?!?!?!

That happend to me before. One time, the health was down 20 points (or whatever ) lower, than what it was when I logged out. It's hard to keep a pet's health above 80, like I try to (actually, I try 100 but it's hard), when it drops so often in so little time.

Good luck, is all I can say. Contact GANZ until they fix it. xD
