This has been happening to all of my accounts in all time zones, deluxe and non-deluxe and I know I am not alone ~ my friends are reporting the same error messages !! While nothing will be done about it until Ganz goes back to work on Monday or Tuesday (depending if they are going by the regular Canadian weekend or US long Memorial weekend), be aware that this "glitch" can cause some heavy duty frustration ~ beyond the usual level of frustration we experience with these types of server glitches. I just finished my Prize Klaw game on 10 accounts and 7 got the message you see in my screenshot.
Note that the green ball is in the chute (so I did not miss), I did not run out of time (14 seconds remaining), but this latest server glitch robbed me of three green balls (green balls contain Klaw game prizes, red balls contain W-Shop toy prizes and yellow balls contain KC between 50 and 200 KC).
Also, if you are sending items through Kinzpost, you may get the message "Your NOTE has been sent" when, in fact, you sent a parcel or, as Ganz calls it, a gift, so you should have seen the message "Your GIFT has been sent." Then if you look in your dock, you'll see your items are gone but the recipient did not receive your parcel.
DON'T PANIC !!!!
If this happens to you, log out and log back in and the item(s) you were trying to send will be in your dock. You can try sending again (which I did and it worked the second or third time).
As I look through just the subject lines in this Glitch Report section, I can only come to one conclusion ~ WW is falling apart !!
