Every time I try to play a game, whether it be a game for no reason or a game to complete a challenge, when the game is over, I get the "please wait" thing down at the bottom left. And it doesn't credit me the points or kinz cash from playing that game! It's going to make finishing the Winterfest Challenge IMPOSSIBLE since it refuses to credit me my 25 dollars for the Ice Cap game.

It seems to be affecting more than the games. I get extended "please wait" messages no matter what I do, usually in my pet's room while trying to check on the challenges. I end up having to log out and back in.

I am also having the same problem,and have been having this problem ever since they switched to the new servers.It is becoming very troublesome.Usually a switch to new servers would mean a faster,better service,but maybe not in this case.I hope they fix the problem soon,I have nine new pets from this month waiting to be addopted.COME ON WEBKINZ GET IT TOGETHER!!!!

Same thing here, it took me off and on all day yesterday just to do my adventure park quest because it wouldn't credit me at the end of the required games. The trading room has become almost impossible for me to use since late last night. I've logged in and out 6 times today and so far I've been able to complete 1 trade.

If you call Ganz they will just say it's only your account or your dock is too large. Even though tons of people are having problems so not going to bother calling. Even decided to try their theory and emptied out over half of my dock today and it's worse now then yesterday so obviously that isn't the issue.

UGH so frustrated with their constant glitches. Seems like each year they get worse then the year before.
