My husband FINALLY beat zingoz pop on my account and the screen said he had won the trophy and then it went to the screen for getting the kinzcash (ending the game) He had won 477 kinzcash. Well then he got the please wait.. and we waited... 10 minutes and then got the message that he was being logged out. No kinzcash and most importantly NO TROPHY when I logged back in. I called Ganz and the customer service rep said they don't track arcade games and therefore there is nothing that they do in this situation. Makes me not want to ever play the games again.
Oh I am sorry this happened to you. That is not fair and sorry it can't be remedied
I have had this happen in the Eager Beaver one, but was able to get the Trophy again easily. I know the Zingoz Pop is way harder
wow, likmfurry you are a Zingoz Pop master!! It's definitely not easy to us. Well, it is until the upper levels (which always get us)
I am just so upset and I don't understand why they can't track the games and see that we won and give me the trophy. I know I can trade for it and all, but my husband won it fair and square and I have a spot for it in my trophy room all ready to go.
Well, we are playing it until we win again! He is on his account and I am on mine. I am just terrified that it will happen again and I can't believe they don't track arcade games in accounts.

I keep a digital camera by the computer and take screen shots of things like that. If you have a screen shot, they will usually take that as proof if you can e-mail it to them. (I like to take screen shots of high scores and special prizes and things.)
I'm sorry that you didn't get the trophy awarded the first time. I finally won that trophy myself about a month ago. I was quite excited to realize that I finished it! Good luck getting it again!
I am so sorry that happened! I feel your pain, Zingoz Pop has been one of my fav. games and I've played it many, many times and I know how time consuming playing 30 levels can be and I know the last level can be very tricky! I have gotten there and lost a few times but I know that's not the case with you but please don't give up, you'll get your trophy! Try again when you are up to it, you got that far already, consider it practice...
jellytab- where were you last night! LOL I always take screen shots of big things but my husband was playing so he didn't know to. And, the ganz representative should have suggested this to me. He led me to believe there is nothing they would/could do. I had no idea that they would take a screen shot as proof! Why didn't he say that? I noted the time and everything. I still don't understand why they can't track our accounts and look into it. I mean, what if someone was using some awful cheat programming to win arcade games- does that mean they would never catch them? Anyways, we will try again. Hopefully one day we will have that trophy!
Wow! i am so sorry that happened! they really need to at least know who won a trophy or not! they should keep a list or something on the computer- automatically added names that have won the trophy(even if NOT awarded by mistake!) I am sure you two can do it again! I wish best of luck!
