This is getting very depressing: One account NO Nafaria for the last 9 days, another account no Nafaria for the last 8 days. Yesterday, she only showed up on 3 of my family's 15 accounts; today she only showed up on 4.
If they reprogrammed Nafaria so she showed up every day for everyone, then at least when she didn't show up we would know that it was definitely a glitch and not the way they intended to program it.
Hi SnowCrystal. I'm in the same boat and I'm going on 9 days on some of my accounts that are THIS close to completing the collection. I agree, Nafaria should have been programmed from the start to show up every day. It's bad enough she steals your stars but to have to wait for her and then not have her show up is adding insult to injury. But then I shouldn't expect anything less from the Great Minds of Ganz ~ the same Great Minds that promised at the beginning of January 2011 that we'd be able to move / remove the doors in our rooms "some time in 2011."
This information should go on the front page of WI. It would be of great relief to thousands of members who are sitting in front of their monitors, staring at WW's front page for 5-15 minutes per account for the 8th or 9th day in a row for them to know IT'S NOT THEM, IT'S GANZ.
My grave concern is that with this being the holidays and all, Ganz is probably on skeleton crew like most companies are this time of year .... if Nafaria is only going to be around until Dec. 31st ... and the programming is still fudged ..... then a lot of us aren't going to be able to complete the prize collection — AGAIN !! And who knows if and when Ganz will bring Nafaria back .......... vague promises and no reliability.
It's not for nothing that I created the sig tag that I did mid-way through the first Nafaria Fiasco Event in September.

I agree that this is front page news. Oh, the amount of time I've wasted waiting for her to show up. I just got off the phone with Ganz. Unfortunately, she knew of someone who saw Nafaria today, so I'm sure she thought the problem was on my end. I tried to explain in great detail the difference between the accounts that are still seeing her and those that stopped seeing her (see my post on the 1st page of this thread). I think all she heard was "blah blah blah" then said she would fill out the tech report. She said the tech team would start returning to work tomorrow. I asked if I could talk to a tech person tomorrow. Nope, she would pass the report to them.

Hi Liberrylady. You've described just about every conversation I've had with Ganz's Customer Support people. And all I hear when they talk to me is "blah blah blah" ~ same ol' song and dance I've been listening to for years.
• Did you clear your cache ??
• Which browser are you using ??
• Are you using the most up-to-date version of Firefox ??
• Are you using the most up-to-date version of Adobe Flashplayer ??
• Yes, our Tech Team is aware of the problem you've described.
• No, I cannot give you a time frame as to when the problem will be rectified. OR
• No, we are not aware of the problem you've described. Did you clear your cache ??
• Yes, I'll pass your comments on to my supervisor.
• No, a supervisor is not available to take calls at this time.
• I'm sorry, there is nothing I can do concerning the problem you called about.
• Is there anything else I can help you with ??
• Blah blah blah
Sure, I've seen Nafaria today, too, on SOME of my accounts but not the ones that haven't seen her going on 9 days now.

I love it! Sounds just like them. Wonder how long the training is to get those responses down pat? lol
Its been several days on all accounts I watch since I have seen Nafaria .....I haven't counted, but its been way more than the 2 or 3 usual. The accounts vary as to where they are but somewhere between the tapestry and the wall torch on all. Its frustating especially when the one that is the farthest has tons of stars, but you can't finish if the fairy never shows
I waited 15 minutes on 3 different computers (2 sites on each) - No Nafaria on any of my 6 sites AGAIN! Caches were cleared, Firefox used, Internet Explorer used and anything else I could think of the shake things up.........
It's been over a week since i've seen her on my main account. She asked for that webwonder three days in a row... it's the only star i cant' find... and hasn't come back since. Other accounts still see her though. So not right... and very depressing!
