I have been noticing this as well. Actually one of my accounts didn't even get a letter in the mail telling me it was going to expire. One day I just logged on and it had expired. Thankfully Ganz has a grace period afterward so I adopted a pet later that day. I was outraged that Ganz wouldn't get me forewarning.

I know, I rely on the letter telling me when to renew. If this is a glitch and not a new policy maybe we should report in the glitch section??

My acct that did not get the bonus notice has three pets, all rabbits (2 webkinz , one lil kinz). It is one of my spare accts I use to get extra rares, win kinz casj for the kids.

I was wondering has anyone noticed a pattern if you got a bonus 3 months, when the acct is about to expire again, are you not offered it again. i was wondering maybe it is one time per acct? I can't remember if I used the 3 month bonus before on this acct.
