The same thing happened on our Asian account and again on one of our family's American accounts. The cache on the computers had already been cleared, so that wasn't the problem. We also opened the docks to see if they had been put into storage instead of appearing below the game like they usually do, but they weren't in the docks.

This was almost as aggravating as when we get kicked out of Jumbleberry on WW while using the Chrome browser, because you can't log back on and continue the game - you just have to wait until you play again the next day.
I hope your berries will show up again.
