I was wondering if anyone else had a problem getting their halloween treat today. Three of my accounts did fine, but my asian account was only given the halloween badge. No bucket of treats showed up. I tried logging out and back in, but nothing changed. Any idea of who to contact or what to do?
Nevermind! Just found the front page story that the asian accounts were affected and not yet fixed. Phone number is provided there also.

I am on N.A. account. I received a halloween bucket, didn't open it. I know whats inside. Today I was looking for it and my bucket is gone. I have looked all over my account. I can't locate bucket or prizes. has this happened to anyone else?
I never rec'd Halloween bucket gift on N. American account. I called Webkinz, they looked into it and said there was no glitch, so they won't send it. I am very disappointed in the entire Webkinz site.
Anyone else with problems should call them, ask for Pervus, he's the supervisor I talked to that looked into the non-glitch.
