I am sure it was most likely maintanence that messed up delivering all your gift boxes.
Hopefully ganz gets this all straightened out! So you can all have your monthly prize!

HI all,
I just talk with Cust. Support at Ganz and got my gift boxes: Here is the deal:
They are not doing a code fix as yet, you have to call in and give them the Deluxe accounts and they do it manually , if your account is up for renewal this month you will get it when it is renewed.

That is just not right...how many kids play webkinz who CANNOT call in???!!! They know there is a problem so they should fix it without thousands of people having to call them and prompt them to fix an issue that is their fault. This is really bad customer service since it is considered a 'kids' site and 'kids' are NOT ALLOWED to call in!

I agree with you.

I called customer support a few minutes ago and we have to call to get our deluxe boxes.

I now have to go load docks on 15 accounts in order to see which accounts I need to call about. I don't like calling because they always blame the number of items in my dock for their problems! LOL!

I would have no problem if they re-issued the boxes to everyone; as long as I get at least 1 box per deluxe account.

Webkinz tweeted "The issue with the February Deluxe Gift Boxes has been resolved. If you haven't received your gift, please let us know."

To mark the thread as fixed. Go to your first post---modify post---go advanced---and then at the top there should be a drop-down box that you can change to "fixed".
