Since Webkinz World is continuously upgrading and updating the site, we cannot give you an exact timetable as to when this issue will be resolved. However, rest assured we are looking into the problem and are in the process of rectifying the situation.

I think because it is a new item, the programming isn't completly ready yet. It is the same issue they had with the new Kid's Flooring. Congrats on the game!
well ... won the flooring a couple of months back ... glitch is still there ... wall is blue and the WShop flooring i had installed previously is still there ... it's now March and it's still not fixed ... if i were to call Ganz, would they even look into it because it's been like 2+ months???

You should definitely call Ganz (1-866-webkinz). I have seen some rooms posted where both the walls and floors were the new ones from the Jumbleberry game. If yours isn't working, it is still glitched for you. They may need to add one to your dock so you can put it in the room again. If they say they can't help you, then ask politely to talk to a supervisor (a lot of the reps don't have the ability to add anything to your dock).
