| | New Atlantiles message prevents play where previously accessible
Although Atlantiles had problems on many machines,
I HAD been able to play it at one of our local libraries.
It is a huge system, and software changes come slow.
Machines in different locations in each branch may run different versions.
Since the change, the message:
We have detected that you are using version x,x,x of
Some machines have 9something; some 10something.
The message would be okay by itself, proceeder beware it may not work,
you cannot proceed.
So I can NO LONGER PLAY where I had been able to.
Yes, I am using the same computers I had before [they are numbered,
and I have favorite locations].
This is true for 8 different machines.
The "beware" message adjustment went overboard.
Show the message, but then allow someone to proceed if they want to try.
Some situations did work before WITHOUT the latest and greatest.
NOT EVERYONE can update software on every machine they use -
especially if an institutional machine.
