She showed up for me on the 1st and have not seen her since. I called Ganz and they said they did not have a lot of calls about this.

or maybe she would just be there the first thing you log in . no waiting. on some days she would ask you to trade on others would just say Hello and no trading . This way we know there is no glitch we do not have to fruitlessly wait

Same thing for me, she appeared in the first 2 days but hasn't come back since.

Same here. She appeared the first two days and I traded with her the second day, and I haven't seen her since.

I have seen her and traded with her 2 times on my 2 Deluxe accts. My other and newest non Deluxe acct. sees her everyday
Of course this is the account that has hardly any stars so I have only traded for the first 5 items.


Ganz reps will often say they have not received a lot of calls

This is why I encourage any of you who can call to do so. Unfortunately, many companies only react to a huge outpouring of complaints

We have 6 accounts.....3 old ones and 3 new (free) accounts. On the three old accounts, after not seeing her at all that last month, I was very excited to trade with her for 2 days. That was it. I have not seen her on those 3 accounts at all since then. The new accounts see her EVERY day, multiple times a day, because I don't click on her for those.

My guess is, those of us who took every opportunity in September and December to trade with her, are not seeing her. Those who rarely clicked on her, will see her.

I wish Ganz could solve this, since it's easy to see WHY there is a problem. And it's not browser related.

Yes, Peacemom...it does look like a phone call is in order, but I think I'll get the person who hasn't had any complaints.

I have had no trouble with nafira and she comes alot and my pets like her!
Once she came and I accidenly clicked go away and my pet said " mabey we should have given her a chance" She has not stolen from me and I hope this is fixed for every one who is haveing troble

I HATE calling Ganz but I guess I will have to.....as Beautykinz states, my old accounts (4) haven't seen her since the first two days....my two youngest accounts which have no stars she shows up regularly......I'm thinking you only get so many 'clicks' before you are cut off.....regardless of what your outcome...yes, no, puff

Just like the OP, I haven't had her pop up since June 2nd. I have plenty of stars & want to trade but she just won't show up. Things have been awful glitchy with WK after the last "update." Tonight, I've been told there have been all sorts of oddities, yet can only remember the latest fiasco of going to the KInzStyle Outlet & she goes on babbling, & there is nothing being offered. I am kinda' fed up with the madness & kooky stuff, esp. with the never ending hunts on WKN, we counted 126 pages before we were able to find Plumpy 5 times & I can't tell you how sick I am of seeing the stupid Toyota Prius "Game of Life" ad. I just turned off 3rd party ads for WKW in hopes that my girls & I aren't constantly held up by the outside ads. The medical thingy messes up the timing of the jumps for the leaping llama game, which has become a fave for all 3 of us. I really wish Ganz would also get a webmaster with a clue & bring back the plushies & clothes. I paid nearly $20 for an Okapi & have yet to find a puckerfish for a reasonable price, so they may just have to settle for 1 of the virtual pets instead, which should be offered for 5000 ePoints to match the $5 price of the PoM plushies. Sorry to prattle on. I could even go on some more about the issues, but it's a redundant & moot point. Hope everyone had a great weekend.
