Major My phone is still NOT working!

I seen posts that some people's phones were okay now and friends they are adding are "sticking". So I added 1 family member just to see if it would work and it did not.

I added them from my phone, logged into their account, accepted the friend request, logged back into mine and there was no confirmation and still no friends on my phone.

Anyone else still experienceing this??? Thanks so much in advance!

I once added a person on my phone (I don't know if it was before or after) And I went to the tournament arena and I kept pressing the power button and it wouldn't turn on! But I think that's
something WAY different.

I hope you have found a solution to this! My names are sticking but I still receive packages on a regular basis from members who are no longer on my list (but I'm on their list and they have no idea)! I cannot even thank them much less send back a gift! Please reconsider Ganz and REALLY fix this!

I have this same problem. I even called customer service and asked the rep to check the account of the person I think sent me the gift (I couldn't remember the exact spelling of the name--it ended in lin, linn, or lyn). Customer service refused to check another account to tell me if I was on their friends list. Customer Service said I had to "reconstruct" my own friends list without their help. How is this even possible to do?

It isn't, especially since people don't know your list has disappeared and think you are already on their list (which you are) when they get the friend's request)! This isn't fixed. And now we are going to have parties but no friends to invite
