I have been having the same problems, with the game Atlantis, and sometimes Wishing Well 2 & WOW. Hopefully it will get fixed, because it's very annoying - clearing the cache/cookies did nothing for me, nor did switching computers.

The only place that loads for my NA account is the newspaper. Every where else is blue.

/QUOTE] It would be really nice if they could give us an estimated time of being up and running. I could do my jumbleberry and curio shop-but everything else gives me a blue screen. All of my three accounts are like this. I hope it is up in about an hour or less!

Everything seems to be working for me. I went to the magical forest with no problem, did two things in there. My wishing well and Wheel of Wow had no problems coming up. And I just went to Mazin' Hamsters and did a maze with no trouble. It even let me out of the Mazin' Hamsters area without kicking me off the site, which is rare. I am on a U.S. account, server 8. My sister (Cometslam) still can't access any of these areas. She is also on a U.S. account, but we don't know what server.

I would like to respond to qbd13... I too am having the ' no go" situation in Webkinz World, and I too am upset about it...but I have had lots of trouble in the past with Mazin Hamsters and have talked to Customer Service regarding these errors... I always get the HELP needed to fix issues: the last time I called, the service rep stayed on the phone with me until 6:30p.m.( the place closes at 6p.m.). I do not see why you are so "down" on Customer Service? They take the time and are very helpful...

Welcome to WI!
You'll find a lot of great people here & a lot of support during Ganz-insanity spells!
If you ever have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask a moderator, or anyone else that looks friendly to you! Check out the little Rules Thread, to make sure you don't make a "boo-boo" (like give out personal info or stuff like that).

how does one get to GANZ -- it is nimaginable that they are making the $$$$ they do from the sale of these pets -- but basically thumb their nose at providing service!

they must not monitor their site -- they make "upgrades" obviously without verifying their programming for errors. and don't seem to care whether the site - or what they perceive as their "fabulous" "NEW" features - really work.

it was terribly difficult to watch the little ones - it happened so quickly - waste all their wish tokens (they were saving them to get each other christmas gifts) when the NEW Daily WISH feature didn't work... the "orb " wasn't working at 1st - they kept clicking - and yes, wasted all their tokens... they each had over 35!

how can i get to ganz - complain and maybe get some response + satisfaction???
really sad, really angry with ganz, and happy i found your site!

I too am still getting the blue screen on My room, Employment office, KA, etc., everywhere except the Arcade (but the games won't load). I have a NA account, and am Deluxe.

Just trying to add to the information, to see if there is a pattern. Hang in there! Sometimes it takes a while, but it will get fixed!

This is wierd. I could do very little at home..... BLUE SCREEN
but when I got to work at 8:30 I logged in to my Asian account and was able to do everything. Magical Forest, Quizzy's, Employment Office and my rooms are loading. Does this make any sense? I THINK NOT!!!!!!
