I came onto WI to see if anyone else was having a problem. I am too on all three types of accounts and I have 15 and all are messed up. Blue screen on the dailies. No pixie pod or bell pepper or coupon or anything. Very annoying when we need those coupons right now

and just to isolate servers i would have to go to firefox to try again and i don't have the time for that!!

Glad to know I am not alone.
And it isn't just deluxe - the other accounts (regular NA & Europe) aren't working correctly either.
And it isn't because of Hamsters, as my hubby doesn't have one on his deluxe account & i isn't working.
Bangkokyankee - are you on server 14, also? We are US citizens & residents & all our finances are handled through the states - though we are currently working in Centra Asia. It is true that without a US IP adress, you can't purchase estore stuff or memberships from overseas. We do it all from home (the US).
At least I have WI whe WW (for most of the past two weeks) is on the fritz!
Wow, I thought it was just me. Yeah my US account I can't switch between pets to get to the right pet for the kinzville academy. I was supposed to be able to do recess today. I can't do the wheel of wow or wishing well. I can't do the magical forest or visit the curio shop. I either get the blank blue screen and a message on the bottom saying "done" or a load screen but it doesn't load. I give it a minute and nothing happens.
In addition to all of the above happening at one time or another, I have the added bonus of being kicked out of my account every 45-60 minutes. I could be in the middle of room designing, playing Atlantiles, Eager Beaver or Tile Towers or just hanging out in the clubhouse and without warning, I'm looking at the "Thank you for playing" screen. And I am sick and tired of that darn blue screen all over WW. I keep asking myself, "Why do I keep putting up with this ?? It's getting worse instead of better." The answer ~ I've invested too much money in this .... ahem .... cough, cough .... hobby to walk away from it now.
After my post 4 hours ago, I still can't get to WW. Though I do see the dock, I can't even load the pet's picture. This is ridiculous. Why can't Ganz post what is going on?
Like someone wrote, at least the maintenance sign was better.
Ho-hum...another day of WW not working! It's getting to be a habit lately, ever since they went to the 24 hour thing, maybe they should just go back to the way it was??? I think I have spent more time in the last 2 weeks "trying" to get on then I have in the last 2 years....it's very frustrating! No wonder my GD have all lost interest....
Glad to know I'm not alone. I can't get anywhere at all. I was able to do the "I love my Webkinz", but that's it. Everything else is just a blue screen (but of course, the ads show up just fine). Can't see my pet's picture either.
Interesting note: I am able to feed my invisible pet. At least that makes him happy. ;-)
i'm new to WI... this site is amazing! Soooo much helpful info...
i'm a grandma - helping to raise several grandchildren while my son + his family get back on their feet. the one thing i've found - to bring some "clean" fun + joy into these little one's lives WAS webkinz pets - and (what i thought would be a way to stimulate their brains and develope skills) the website. since joining webkinz -- SOOO many tears have been shed because the site is frequenetly "down"... or things just don't work.
yesterday they didn't get their pixie seeds - and dunk didn't work...
this morning many of the games/features don't load.
i'm all for capitalism - BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KING! Ganz - Webkinz obviously doesn't think this applies to them! 1st - they don't want to be bothered/annoyed by complaints - their idea of providing support is a "comment" link that they don't read!
they have an "F" rating with the BBB...
many retailers here have discontinued carrying their products because their customers complain about the website too much!
how does one get to GANZ -- it is nimaginable that they are making the $$$$ they do from the sale of these pets -- but basically thumb their nose at providing service!
they must not monitor their site -- they make "upgrades" obviously without verifying their programming for errors. and don't seem to care whether the site - or what they perceive as their "fabulous" "NEW" features - really work.
it was terribly difficult to watch the little ones - it happened so quickly - waste all their wish tokens (they were saving them to get each other christmas gifts) when the NEW Daily WISH feature didn't work... the "orb " wasn't working at 1st - they kept clicking - and yes, wasted all their tokens... they each had over 35!
how can i get to ganz - complain and maybe get some response + satisfaction???
really sad, really angry with ganz, and happy i found your site!
