I just tried Dunk the zingo on four accounts, nothing but blue screen. They are all U.S. accounts. Mine is on server 8, don't know what server the other three are on. I'll try the other four accounts I'm supposed to do, but not expecting anything. After waiting for it to load, it comes up with a message that says, "I am sorry, we had trouble loading a required file. Please try again."
Earlier today, it locked up when I tried to do my very first gift grab on my newly acquired hamster. I had problems with that, too. Had to call Ganz to activate it from there. It registered the hamster on my account, but did not unlock the mazin' hamster part of the site, so I still only had the demo in that area. Couldn't call them until Monday morning, and they said it may take two to three days to get it activated. They got it done in just a little over 24 hours, and so I got to play with my mazes today. Just didn't get to do the gift grab.
We also couldn't Dunk the Zingoz (accessing server 10). Just get the blue screen. Everything else seems to load on the screen (Kinzpost, W-shop, Front Page, etc.) and the Deluxe activity worked ok, it's just the regular account hourly activity, starting with the 8:00 pm activity. All of the other hourly activities worked up until the 8:00 pm ones. Hopefully it won't result in the blue screen issues that have already been reported on the european and some north american accounts today.
Still couldn't get in to do the W shop coupons on any of the accounts. That's the last hourly activity, so I guess we won't know if it's fixed until 4 pm tomorrow. At least it didn't start having problems until after the token balloon darts and wheel of wishes.
I have had problems for weeks with Dunk the Zingot. I have to click the game, then llog out and log back in again to get the game to appear. Also have to log out and log back in to play Quizzey's Blast. Tonight I got the blue screen on Balloon Dartz, Dunk, and no w coupon. Very disappointed.
In addition to not being able to ope our mail, we also cannot opening the Kinzstyle Shopping Bags. We have 6 with discounts and 9 regular shopping bags in our dock and we cannot get them to open in a pet's room. Is anyone else having this problem?
I waited until after maintenance was done tonight to report this, hoping it would be fixed but neither it or the mailbox thing is fixed, on any of our accounts.
Issue 1: NO HOURLIES are working for any of our Asian Deluxe Accounts (blue screen)
Issue 2: Magic Forest will not load either, or loads to a point, then freezes (blue screen)
Issue 3: Mazin' Hamsters will not load, or loads to a point, then freezes (blue screen)
Issue 4: Map wouldn't load & couldn't switch pets - so we could't get to our gardens to tend them (15 rooms away from the pet I'm stuck with)
Issue 5: Kinzville Academy will not load
ISUE 6: **No Adoption Center! Bought the pets - can't adopt them - now that's just WRONG!!! My poor 9yr old just got a free virtual pet card in TC2 pack, for acing a History Exam, and he can't adopt it. That is just SO wrong!
Problems encountered: Deluxe Asian accounts (4) consistently over the past 24 hours, mulitiple computers, multiple browsers, caches cleared & systems squeakky clean.
So please don't reply and tell me to clear my cache!
