I logged into my main account between 6:00 and 7:00 EDT and my gift box was there.
However as of 7:05 EDT, it is NOT in any of the other accounts. I have logged in, loaded the dock, logged out, cleared cache, logged back in, loaded the dock...nothing. Repeated the process several times for all the sub-accounts.
Same glitch as last month, "New" Family Deluxe.
The main account is NA, the others are NA, Asian, Euro.
The same glitch happened last month and the Ganz rep said it was just affecting the accounts that went "new" Family Deluxe. I guess they forgot to fix it!
I will be unable to call until after 5 due to that pesky little thing called "work" Here's hoping someone who is also experiencing the problem will call and report back to us!

I think my main account is the only one to receive the gift box too. Two others don't have it yet, and it is the new family plan. I hope they fix this without me having to call.
Well, it's now after 9 am, and I didn't get my deluxe gift boxes in any account, but my main one. Not the ones on the family deluxe. What is worse, is 2 of the extra accounts were friends. I feel so bad for them. Do we have to call to get it fixed, or will it be done sometime today? Thanks.
I just called Ganz. I was told they are going to try to work on a program fix because at this point they aren't wanting to put them in manually because there are too many! So I was told to wait a couple of days for this to get resolved and if I don't see it then to call back then.
I just called WW, too...The main account had the gift box but the 4 family members accounts didn't...the kids are disappointed....but I'm sure they will take care of it asap...
