Try a different browser. It might just be a problem with loading, not the room itself, particularly if there are a lot of items in that room. If that doesn't work, I suggest contacting Ganz and they should fix it for you.
I'm also locked out of one of my rooms, an underwater room, and have tried using a different browser with no luck. The loading screen freezes and I have to log out of the site.
The last time I was in this room, I had been redecorating multiple rooms. By the time I got to this room, things started going "glitchy" and the site crashed. Haven't been able to return to the room since.
That happens occasionally. Often it means that the room is too full, or the doorways are blocked. It also sometimes happens after an adoption and the new pet ended up in a room that was too full. Most likely you will need to call Ganz to sort this out. I did this for my daughter not that long ago, and they fixed it right then and there. Their number is 1-866-932-5469.
I just finished talking to Ganz tech -- they unlocked the room after several tries, saying it was because an item blocking a door. But they never removed that item to the dock.
I think the probable cause was the cave paintings on the walls. That was what was last moved in that room before the lockout. And after I was able to get in, not all the cave paintings were there. Each time the pet left the room, then came back, a new one would "appear". I have since removed them -- one at a time as I kept leaving the room and returning to find another one had returned.
The Ganz tech guy did confirm that they are working on programming to move doors where you wish; however they said it was not possible to program to remove the doors completely. (That's why there were objects blocking doors that are unwanted)
No pets in that room.
Just before it was frozen we were moving some of the cave paintings and the mouse skipped, causing one to possibly be placed on top of another, jamming the whole thing -- at least I think that had something to do with it.
