I got this message too.

There is a Customer Service Link at the very bottom of the page. Click on it

Then Click on the Ganz World symbol

Then choose Peek A Newz

Then look to the botom of the page that pops up and choose Notify Ganz about this issue

Fill in the fileds..they ask for username of account. First and last name, your e-mail and phone# (which is optional)

There is also a place to choose your Browser (you must do this) It may be on the next page that pops up, I can't recall right now

Next page...Fill in name of contest

Date

Type a message to them in the box explaining the problem

You should receive an e-mail confirmation from them.

This is how we must tell them about problems on WKN now as they no longer take calls about it

Funny thing..I opened the Peek in another window to get the exact message to send to Ganz and I was able to get into the Peek to search for Kimmy

Try to do it a few times in different windows, I guess

Unfortunately I can NOT find kimmy anywhere. Searched for over an hour before trying another account to play in and still no Kimmy. It usually takes me about 10 mins or less to finish a Peek
