Please be sure to use a very informative title, such as "Vacation Island Awards Empty Boxes".
Critical - High priority bug, severely limiting to game play
Major - Medium priority bug, limits gameplay or major impact
Minor - Low priority bug, marginally affects gameplay or minor impact
Trivial - Lowest priority bug, aesthetic, slight errors, misspelling
Regular or Deluxe
US, Euro, or Asian
Server Number: (if known)
If you know your account's server number, please post it in your report. If you don't know it, don't worry about it. Instructions on how to find your account's server number are posted below.
Please provide as much detail as possible about the glitch, including what you were doing, where you were, and how to reproduce it so that our editors and developers at Ganz can verify the glitch in their own accounts. The more detail you provide, the quicker the glitch will be fixed!

Recently we have noticed that some glitches affect accounts on one particular server, but not on other servers. If you post in this section about a problem on your account, it would be helpful if you could post the number of the server your account is on.
This is NOT necessary, but if you can do it, it might help us out.
If you are using FireFox as your internet browser, just watch the bottom of your screen as a Webkinz feature loads. The text across the bottom of your screen will show where your computer is loading information from. Look for the letters "wapi". The number following those letters is your server number. The picture below was taken on an account on server #4.

It is best to do this just after you log on to Webkinz.
Click on "Tools".
Click on "Internet Options".
Click on "General".
Click on Browsing History "Settings".
Click on "View Files".
Look for a file that has the letters "wapi".
The number following those letters is your server number. The picture below was taken just after an account on server #4 logged on.
WI member Mynoey has some more suggestions for information we might want to include in our Glitch Reports for Ganz. The more information we can give the programmers, hopefully the easier it will be for them to fix what is going on.
