Angry How do you fix it?

Well, I was on webkinz world one day and I was reorganizing my garden and I tryed to pick up a peppermint plant that was there for months and it was dead and it was stuck. How do you fix it so I can take care of my peppermint again?

Default Re: How do you fix it?

Go to Customer Service in the tabs on the log in page. Find 'I have something stuck' and click on the tab that takes you to a form to fill out where your item is stuck. Ganz can use their 'lifting tool' to getthe item into your dock. Just do not re-plant it in the same place it was or you will go through that all over again.

Sometimes my plants get stuck, too. One thing that works most of the time is to go out of the room and then come back in. If that doesn't work, then yeah, it's well and truly stuck and it takes several days before it decides to become "unstuck". I've never contacted Ganz to get something unstuck before, so that's good advice if the go-in-and-out-of-the-room trick doesn't work. It'd certainly be faster than waiting for several days.
