| | Hamsters: Code not valid!
I bought both of my daughters hamsters today from a local store. They were both brand new fully sealed and it is a authorized dealer. Both codes when entered on their accounts say : "Not valid code!"
Has this happened to anyone else? I called Ganz and they had me email pictures of the codes with info about the accounts. I have not heard back from them and my daughters are very unhappy. So am I. I can't imagine the store will take them back since they are now open, but so far, I am out all my money for absolutly nothing and instead of happy girls, I have upset ones....
Has this happened to anyone else? If so were you able to get it resolved? Does anyone have any other advice to offer?
