Default Ganz Parent's club Firefox issues

After taking a survey or quiz on the Ganz Parent's club site, I only get the security box where you type in the code. The box where you put your email and password are missing. I only have this issue when I am using Firefox. Is anybody else having this problem?

it should be asking for the webkinz world username and password and then the security code. you don't actually need a webkinz parent's club username/email/password for these. ( and it is a good thing, because they never send me the e-mail so I can confirm my reservation!)

hope this helps.

On Firefox it is not asking for a user name or password, it's only asking for a security code, and you can't even put that in and push "login" because it won't work. If you don't need a username or a password for the survey and quiz, how do they award the kinzcash?

I'd suggest using another browser.
I'm not sure why it doesn't work for you. I don't use firefox though, sorry.

Sometimes if you try to highlight the area missing it will pull up the boxes.

I had problems with entering info to change things on my estore account and was having the same issue.
The Ganz CS Rep told me to either try another browser or highlight the area (hold the left mouse button while covering the area) where the boxes should be. After a few tries it actually worked and the boxes appeared for me. Maybe try this and see if it will work for you too.

I tried your suggestion of highlighting the area, and unfortunately the username and password boxes didn't come up. Thanks for trying to help. I hope they can fix it soon.
