I don't know if that is linked because I have had the same problem three days running now and I don't have kinzchat +! I can't get into the cove or the clubhouse in the early hours (North American Kinztime) I can't get anything but blue screen for all three accounts (one North American, two European) when gong to the clubhouse or on vacation at the cove! Tried at midnight and 1am kt again today! Logging in and out doesn't solve the problem! Server Wapi 13 if anyone else is having this problem!

Rebooting doesn't work but I'm going to try another browser....

Same problem with firefow and internet explorer.

I got in using google chrome!

Got in but now cannot get in on any browser!! Strange!

I posted in the other thread...same thing has been happening to me. Atleast 3-4 days. Cleared cache, logged out, tried different computers, and different accounts....Blue Screen!

The blue screen in the clubhouse started happening to me at about 9:30pm EST Sunday night. I was able to get in fine up until that point. It doesn't work on any of my 6+ accounts. My BF can get in but she can't ask anyone to trade in the trading rooms.

Like I said, I THINK it's the computers. I'm actaully pretty sure. Is anyone using a MacBook?

Because, how I fixed this problem for me, is I went on my MacBook, instead of PC, and tried to go in. I went in a room, left, and tried it on my PC. And, it worked.

Will this work for everyone? I don't know....

I just called Ganz to report my troubles, and they gave me an easy fix that worked beautifully for me. Our browser is IE 8, so anytime they do a little update on their programming, I need to always remember to clear my cache and UNCHECK the box that says "Preserve favorites website data"

After I did this, I am back in business and can resume my trading room activities, so I am a happy camper.

I am having the same problem on all our accounts off & on since yesterday. I have cleared the cache, restarted the computer, logged out... nothing. Earlier today & yesterday, when i was able to get in a trading room, I could not invite anyone to trade (they could invite me & actually be able to trade). It doesn't matter the account, the zone, etc. Any other suggestions?

I jiust spoke with Webkinz Tech Support and was told that this is a glitch that they are aware of and are working on. Should be fixed within the next 2 days!

I don't have kinzchat plus and never have and it is happening to me too so I don't think they are linked! I also just got invited to trade on my blue screen so someone can see me even though I can't see them - this is starting to look like the phone problem

Also, I don't consider this minor - not being able to enter any clubhouse or the cove is not minor - can those of you who have problems with kinzchat plus get into kinzchat normal??

Could it be a problem with windows 7?

That is GREAT to know! I know everyone who had this effect misses the KC +.
