Hey there! Try clearing your cache or restarting your computer; that usually helps resolve clubhouse issues for me. Sometimes simply logging out and back again will resolve it, but if not, try the other suggestions.
Re: Clubhouse Kinz Chat plus "Agree to follow the rules" button glitching!
It's been happening to me all day. Aargh! No fun, and I tried more than one account and it is all the same. I tried clearing everything including cache, and I also tried updating Windows and Internet Explorer, and Adobe Flash player.
Still nothing, but I can log on to regular Kinz chat. I am also having the same problem with the Intelligence button in the Kinzville Academy
The clubhouse has had a lot of glitches lately, sorry you had to experience them. Kayfookey is right- clear the cahce or restart your computer- if that does not work, you may need to wait it out. Ganz will get it to it eventually
I have tried to enter Trading room and failed. The room won't load and appears as a solid-blue screen, even though the dock shows and works correctly. I tried other rooms, with and without ChatPlus - same effect. I tried both FireFox and IE6 - same effect. Kinzville Park works for me so it's unlikely to be chat-related. Help!
Yes, I cleaned the cache. Yes, I booted the computer. I'm a software engineer.
PS: I don't know why my message was moved here. The problems do not seem to be related. There is a separate thread now, open by someone else, that is related to my problem.
