In response...Denimbutterfly is correct...it is my paypal debit card that was used...and my local bank debit card also...[for 3 of the accounts]...all rebilled ahead of time...i have someone at ganz who seems very nice looking into it right not for me but i only wish they had taken me seriously when i called on the 28th and the 1st instead of waiting for the computer to bill my accounts for the third time...i have since had to cancel both debit cards to keep it from happening anymore...also, as far as i know [i could be wrong] there is no way to order a deluxe membership at e-store without authorizing auto-renew...the box must be checked to finish checking out then you can cancel it right after you pay...which i would definitely recommend but it is not a surefire cure since 3 of my memberships also automatically UN-cancelled themselves after i had already cancelled the auto renew...i'll keep everyone updated on ganz response and their progress on fixing this glitch...thanks for the support...i have to go to the bank tomorrow and try to get them to waive multiple bounce-check fees for a second time in a week...wish me luck

Exactly what happened to me gracekiara,
My “auto renew” was with a major well known baseball site (can’t say the name)
I had to cancel the bank account and get rid of the account number completely before they would stop charging.
I canceled the auto renew - nothing!
I canceled the subscription - nothing!
Finally I canceled the bank account - That was all that fixed it.
And you are correct, you DO have to check the “auto renew” box to get the renewal to go through. You have no other choice. I think that is pitiful of Ganz to conduct business that way.
I certainly hope this gets fixed, sorry you are having so many problems.
