I have an account that is expiring soon to. I renewed it yesterday on the New family plan. I got the gift box on one account,but not the other two. I called the estore. They took my information and phone #. Said they will get back to me as soon as they find out what is going on. They also said they have had other calls about the same issue
I had the same issue (which is not the same as what this thread author experienced). I signed up Tues for the new fam deluxe with 4 sub-accounts. My main acct received both the Aug AND Sept gift boxes. However, my sub-accounts only received the Aug gift box. I also called, and got the same response--they took my phone # and said they would look into it and call back when it was fixed...

yes, I called them yesterday about the same issue. I signed up for the new family deluxe and got no gift box on the two extra accounts. I didn,t recieve the Super Deluxe Item either. My daughter is having the same problem. I am calling them again today,after spending over $100.00 for these services"we will call you back" is not going to cut it.
Debkinz is right. You have gotten 12 boxes. You also did not recieve your E-store points for September either. I was very upset two months ago when I didn't get my box or points even though my membership didn't expire until the 20th but then I learned you don't get them the month it expires. Sorry! I know it stinks!
