Thanks to those of you who called. I guess I understand their point. I am leaving for 5 days vacation on Sunday, so if it's not fixed by then, I won't know till I get back next Friday. I don't care for me so much, I'm mainly thinking of my 2 friends who didn't get theirs. That's what makes me sad. Oh well, I guess I'll let them know, so at least they know what's going on.

Thanks for the info Bonnie I did wonder why i didn't get my other 2 boxes . I can't call it costs to much for me but if i have to i will lol

Like everyone says though at least they are aware of the problem and they will work on it .

I did call Ganz just a bit ago. The rep did not tell me it would be a few days, but she did take all the account info and my phone number. She said Ganz is aware of the problem. I hope the kids get their boxes today and not next week

DELUXE GIFT BOXES ARE NOT SHOWING UP ON THE FAMILY DELUXE BONUS ACCOUNTS. GANZ IS AWARE OF THE ISSUE & WORKING TO FIX IT. NO ESTIMATED TIMELINE HAS BEEN GIVEN.
THEY ARE HOPING TO HAVE IT FIXED TODAY BUT THEY ARE NOT SURE WHEN THIS ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED.

With the way Ganz edited the Deluxe Family membership, only the main account gets the monthly gift boxes and eStore points.

No this is a glitch.

ALL the accounts get the monthly gift boxes, the main account gets the eStore points; same as it was before.

I just got off the phone with a nice young customer service fellow at Ganz.

He told me they are aware of the problem and the techs hope to "run a script" during one of the overnight maintenance periods this weekend* to fix the problem.

I told him to be ready on Monday if they didn't!

I did note that the same thing happened last month with the "new Deluxe" and we had hoped not to see it again...

*"Wait, 'the weekend'...you mean the techs work on the weekends?"

"Yes, they do...they are here 24/7."

"Who knew?"
