Default cursor on login screen starts at the bottom

This is minor but very annoying for people who do most of their navigating using the keyboard-
For the past week or so, when the log in screen loads the cursor doesn't start at the user name box. On one computer it starts in the find box at the bottom of Firefox, on another it looks like it is in the user name box, but nothing registers until you click in the box. I am used to just starting to type, and I find myself typing my name and password in the find box instead of regular boxes almost every time. It is annoying, and a minor waste of time having to take my hands off the keyboard to reach to the mouse.

Default Re: cursor on login screen starts at the bottom

This has been occurring on my log-ins for the past 2-3 days. I thought it was just my computer, so I'm glad to see that I'm not alone (or that I'm just klutzy, or simply losing track of where my fingers are typing).

You're right: It is a minor annoyance, especially when I'm not watching and click on the enter key, which opens a different tab to another Webkinz screen and requires closing it.

Seems that it started about the same time that server 10 went down (Friday/Saturday) and, as you can see by another thread, server 10 still isn't completely fixed, because it won't reset any of the daily activities. Maybe Ganz will get it all fixed at the same time. Well, one can hop;e anyway.

Default Re: cursor on login screen starts at the bottom

I'm not sure if this is related to the newer server 10 issues. In the two years I've been playing, I'd never had a blinking cursor on any of my accounts, regardless of which server, browser, OS, or computer. I've always had to click on the field before I type.

On the last update, a blinking cursor appeared in the log on name field on all my accounts. It's visual only; I still have to click on the field to type. Perhaps there was an attempt in that update to fix the no cursor problem that just created more problems?
