I have the same problem. Whenever I try to enter a code of any origin I get logged out. I tried cleaning my cache and still have the same problem. I have many different accounts that include my grandchildren and some 'adopted' quasi grandkids and it happens in all of them.
Thanks, everyone, for your comments.
I thought it was just ME and that I'd need to try and deal with the folks at Webkinz....not a pleasant prospect.
I was trying to find some quick cash, hoping the trading card codes would help.
I get logged out every time I try.
no bowling alley for me today, I guess.
I've tried to enter virtual card codes on one account and get the "webkinz world is down" message while being booted off. Went on to another account and tried to add a figurine code and the exact same thing.
I got logged out when I tried to enter a new Zumbuddy in each account. It happened both in IE and Mozilla Firefox... cleared cache also, & still got logged out. I'm going to call now to report to Ganz to make absolutely sure they know about it, although I'm quite sure they already do. Serena:ccat:
I just got off the phone with a Ganz rep. She checked and they were unaware of the problem. She checked my feature codes for the Zumbuddies and her computer told her the codes do not exist. It sounds as if some of you are having logging off problems of different sorts. I would suggest that you call in and tell them your specific problem. More feedback may help them get the problem fixed sooner. As they have said before, if they don't know about the problem, they can't fix it. Tel. 1-866-932-5469 Serena:ccat:
