Hey Ganz, you're supposed to use YOUR OWN test environment before you launch something new ... NOT your members. We are not lab rats and quit treating us like we are. Geez ....
I agree that a pumpkin on every account would be compensation for the glitches.
As for treating us like lab rats....They do test on their own environments, but being a Programmer myself, you have to understand that they don't have every possible combination of hardware/software to test on so you test it till it works on your test environment, then you put it out for others to use and fix problems as they occur. Every program has glitches, and in time, most will be fix, however, it takes time and testing. I know you are fed up with problems, and you have only been on the user side of it so far. You have to look at it as all programs are beta when they first come out and users have to test them to get them working for every possible combination of hardware/software out there.
On my personal computer...once I did a chkdsk on it and fixed indexing problems I no longer froze up in IE. I also am trying a new browser Opera that seems to work much better then IE, Fire Fox, or Safari.
Just be patient. I understand it is frustrating, because I too am frustrated with not being able to do what I want to do.
