Default Can't log in
Sometimes I can log in, other times I get a message that there is a problem with the web page and Internet Explorer is closing the page. Other times I can get in only to have the page freeze and a message "Webkinz is not responding." Very aggravating. Anyone else hae this problem? Solutions? And I have cleaned my cache. Thanks.

that has happened to me on IE. FF and Chrome has never given me those messages only IE. it has been happening lately and usually in the morning.

you can try as a last resort if you only have IE to use, is to load WW from the HISTORY function on IE. use keys ctrl+H for a pop-up and pick a date for WW back when it was working properly.

I had the log in box disappear in FireFox so I tried it in IE and had the same problem. As soon as I clicked "log in" I got "Internet Explorer has stopped working" and it eventually told me it had closed because of a "malfunctioning or malicious add-on" even though I have all the add-ons disabled. At least clearing my cache fixed with FireFox.

I couldn't log in at all with IE this morning. It keeps crashing. I had to use Google Chrome.
Even after getting in though, everything is VERY glitchy.

Aw I didn't want to read this. Yes My IE keeps telling me there is something wrong with the webpage and it closes. I have not tried firefox yet,.but I did clear my cache. My firefox is set up with major ad blockers but I think I will give it try.

aw I just tried firefox and t keeps telling me it has prevented the windows from opening,.blocking something malicious or something. I think I will try to wait an hour or so and clear my cache again.
