Minor Can't access KinzChat Plus

On my Asian account, i keep getting the "Must be bedtime - the Clubhouse has closed for the evening" message whenever i try to get into KC Plus.

The treehouse door is unlocked; I can get into there, and I can get as far as the screen where you choose a room -- but then, when i click to choose a room, I get that message and get booted back to the treehouse screen.

Is there something I can do about that? Are others having the same issue? I would really like to get ghost candy on my Asian account -- not to mention I want to be able to trade on that account.

I was also unable to get into Kinzchat. I can go into the treehouse, but when I choose a room, it's the blue screen that never finishes loading. Usually I think that KC+ is closed during the night but KC is open. I never go there normally so not sure if it's always like that.
