Default Artic fox PSI...can't get off of it

Now that I've tried it with different pets, I've found that once I put them on the Artic fox PSI treadmill they can't get off again without using the map and changing rooms. I've made sure it's on Walk and not Edit, and clicked different spots in the room. Not sure that's a major or minor problem but it is a glitch for sure.

I don't have an Artic Fox, but I've noticed a similar problem lately with my pets not be able to get in or out of bed without changing rooms. They can't move. It's only been within the last 2 days. I wonder if this is a related problem.

There are some of the PSI's that have a particular exit that must be open or the pet can't get off. Try moving the treadmil away from the wall and see if that works. If you need it against a wall, try turning it around.

Thanks, I did move it away from the "wall" and to the center of the room and it was fine...even though it wasn't blocked from behind or on the side...and when I turned it around so the front was not facing the wall but the side was against it it was fine too. Apparently you can only get off of it from the front.

Glad this helped you. I know there is a PSI trampoline that is the same way, one particular side has to be away from the wall.

I have mine sitting in the middle of the room and I have had no trouble with my pets getting on or off of it, Jennielou.

I have the treadmill, it doesn't do that with me. But I'm sorry. My sister had a lemur get stuck on her bunny's trampoline (cotton candy bunny I think) and he WOULDN'T get off. It even started lowering his health, happiness, and hunger because he was on too long. We contacted Ganz about 1,000,000 times, (we didn't think of e-mailing or calling, we didn't know you could ) until finally, Zaboo (lemur) got off! It was horrible! It was also very hard to switch pets, too, when she was using Zaboo. But one day he just came off like it was nothing! Anyway, I hope they get this fixed..

it makes me wonder...why does webkinz have so many glitches, and games like runescape and club penguin avoid them all? it is very strange to me...and perhaps ganz should stop worrying about making 9 pets a month and start fixing those glitches!

This is not a glitch, it's just the way the PSI was designed. The lemur trampoline is the same, there is a specific exit from it.
