Default Adobe issues

Since installing the latest Adobe this weekend, I have had several Adobe crashes. Also, Spree and a few of the jobs at the employment office have been running rough - jerky movements, etc.

I am not sure if all of this is due to the new Adobe update or WW is just having issues.

Anyone else having problems?

Thanks -

Kas

I had problems when I last updated adobe flash and so I went back to the previous one. Maybe you can restore your computer to before the update and get it to work. I keep getting messages to update flash but I just say remind me later.

This is happening to us as well. I just keep sending the crash reports and hope it gets fixed.

I'm not having problems. I'm sorry you are. I'm not really sure what to do in this case, except maybe try using a different computer if you have one? If you don't, then I don't know what to do, sorry.

Thanks for the advice

I called Ganz and they said they were aware of the problem (lots of calls), and the tech gurus were working to fix it.

I had to switch back over to internet explorer til they fix the problem. I usually use firefox, and that is where the problem has been for me. So when I'm on WW I just use explorer til they fix it!

I checked Adobe's web site, and they described the probs that some of us have been having in WW. The people at Adobe were on vacation last week (must be nice!), but the web site said that there would be a fix out in about 2 weeks.

The probs primarily affect FF, but seem to also minimally reach into Chrome.

Guess i will bide my time until the end of July.

Let's hang in there

Love ya -

I'm on my DIL's computer mornings, and have about HAD it with the crashes! She updated to the newer version of Adobe. But, having been forewarned I didn't update on mine, so I've been having just the usual amount of crashes on my computer.

I use Chrome, which is the only browser I can load Webkinz onto.

I don't want to jinx myself so fingers crossed I'm not putting the whammy on myself, I experienced the same problem after the update so in order to resolve it I removed Firefox from my computer and then re downloaded it, I did the same with adobe air (that has something to do with your computers run time) it's been working fine since. Now watch my laptop crash in 10,9,8....
