Default Re: Adobe flash player crashing? :/

This is really strange. It started happening about 2 weeks ago, too. Lol.

Maybe if Webkinz updated something that causes Flash to crash?

The problem has been isolated to only the Webkinz website and trying the fix that is listed in the previous thread didn't fix anything. Also, uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Flash didn't fix the problem either, so I'm guessing it is a programming error or something on Webkinz.

I suspect duckey is right.
I had never had a Flash plug-in crash before about 2 weeks ago; and I spend a lot of time with WI, WW and several other apps open on Firefox. Then, just after the New Year, I started getting the frown-and-crash at least a couple of times a week.
I haven't changed anything on my computer; my ISP is the same as it's always been; I can only figure it's something Webkinz has done.

It is a drag, though, isn't it?

I have been having the issue as well. Usually I crash on FF only if I try to open up my main account dock because it has too much in it, which I totally understand, but this past week I could go to the Todays Activities and it crash. But I close it out and restart it and it stays up.

I have a feeling it has to do with Winterfest, because it has only been happening to me since then on a consistent basis. I was so mad the other day because I was doing the Big Button of Kinzcash on Deluxe and it was at 458, I had 2 accounts open and pressed the button on one to go to the BBofKC and then pressed the button for the other one and Crashed causing me to not get the

Everything I think is happening at the same time so it is hard to tell which is causing the issue. I hope Ganz can get this fixed as well, but in the mean time if it keeps happening the only suggestion is to use IE or Google Chrome

For all those who have Fire Fox there is a solution! Go to the Help tab and go to Fire Fox help. There are many things you can try there and they will walk you through it. Also many may not know this but when you down load Adobe Flash you need to click on the question "Different operating system or browser?" Other wise you are just down loading a basic version , not the one specifically for Fire Fox! Rule number one READ ALL !!

I've tried updating everything I can think of and nothing works. I'll try this and hope for the best! I also think it's on Webkinz site only.

That's about when it started happening for me, too. Seems to happen most after coming back from Mazin'. Just me, or trend?

This happens to me too. The dreaded green screen has replaced the blue screen.

I did download the one specifically for Fire Fox. And it is strange that this is all of a sudden happening to so many people. I used to have it happen very, very occasionally but now it is at least once a day and doesn't seem to depend on what I was doing except that I was in WW. I seems to have started around the beginning of WF.
