Default Account Reset

Account Type: Deluxe
Time Zone: US
Server Number: 2 (I think)
Description: The following are symptoms of what I believe is ONE glitch. Basically it looks llike the account was reset. However, all money, items, and rooms remained.

-Employment history was cleared. I was on level 3 of Kinzpost sorter with over 60 successful completions. The resume is now blank and it says I have to complete the 50 math questions before doing the job.

-Gems gone. Arte gave me his welcome to the curio shop talk. When I did the gem hunt, I had no gems. I had several gems including a couple of rare gems.

-Stars gone. When I did the star hunt, I had no starts. I had several stars.

-New pet addoption greeting. When I went to my room, I had the new pet adoption banner. However, I did not get another pet adoption gift.

Kinzcash, Items, and rooms remained. I didn't lose any times or rooms that I can think of. i also don't think I'm missing any kinzcash

Things to do missing items. I noticed the "Things to do menu" had no items. I had to log out and log in several times before they reappeared.

Stats low. Happiness, Health, and Hunger were in the yellow. They were all green.

Contacts missing from phone.

No Activities.




This is really a bummer glitch. The account belongs to my niece. I have 5 nieces that I help out wiith. 4 of them were at about the same spot in the gem hunt and getting close to the crown. Now one account is missing all gems and has to start over. I really don't want to be the one that breaks the news to her. I know she will be really sad.

NICE JOB GANZ, YOU HAVE REALLY HURT THE FEELINGS OF A LITTLE GIRL WHO LOVERS HER WEBKINZ.

Yep sounds the same. I didn't notice the missing contacts and no activities. However, I think I'm on server 2.

I have still not been back in mine to check all the things you mentioned. I had no less than 4 of each star and 6-10 on most. I am missing 2 because I just got my 3rd high council chair. I had many multiples of all jewels in my crown...I just had not claimed them all. What a bummer. Do you know if the charms are still showing in the fairy forests? Good luck everyone.

I noticed the other thread with the same problems was marked fixed. My account seems to beworking fine but I never did get my gems back. I did do the gem hunt during the glitch. My employment history is back but it still kept me at level one. I did several jobs during the glitch. Looks like the only thing i got back was the contacts in the phone. In the other thread, people mentioned not doing anything until the glitch was fixed. Hopefully this never happens again. This report is now RESOLVED but is definitely not FIXED.

Wierd. Call GANZ, contact GANZ, send them this, just do everything you can. Get customer support if you have to. I hope everything works out for your niece!
